Roll Forming.

The complete production line for manufacturing straight seam pipes via high frequency electric resistance welding machine is available. The process starts with loading the coil at the uncoiler, followed by welding the ends of the coil and delivering it to the accumulator. The strip is then pulled from the accumulator at a fixed speed and is formed into an opened-pipe at the forming machine. Next, it is welded by the high-frequency welder and subjected to deburring, cooling, shaping, and sizing as per the required specifications of round, rectangular or square pipe at the sizing area. The sized pipe is then straightened with the help of a Turkey-head device and finally cut to fixed length by a flying saw. This production line can produce round, rectangular and square pipes from cold and hot rolled coil materials.

Customizing Manufacturing

The advancements in tubular manufacturing result in greater customization. Finally, if a client needs a square laser cut tube, we can produce it. The benefit of cutom manufacturing means you no longer have to put a whole bunch of pieces together or compromise on design. With the development of programmable machines, designing and forming unique shapes is not only attainable, but it is also repeatable. Moreover, as these machines take over production, they also increase the possibility of uniformity. Custom manufacturing means you dont have to just work with what;s on the rach, you can reate your perfect piece.
